This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, and it will apply from 1 January 2010.
Abstract

This Regulation defines all necessary measures aimed to prevent the introduction, the spread and to eradicate the harmful organisms known as Endobioticum (Schilb.) Perc pathogens that are identified as potato cancer cause.
