Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 12 articles and two Annexes, lays down detailed measures to fight against and prevent the spread of Diabrotica virgifera Le Conte, including: (1) orders and prohibitions which are implemented on the Polish territory in connection with the particular threat of maize by Diabrotica virgifera Le Conte; (2) methods for detection and identification of Diabrotica virgifera Le Conte; (3) method of determining the zones where agents are used to control and prevent the spread of Diabrotica virgifera Le Conte.
