This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation establishes all necessary measures including the technical issues, sampling and field and laboratory analysis standards, quarantine practices, vaccination issues, hygiene-sanitary procedures, measures for the implementation and monitoring of the rules here prescribed, all aimed to provide the early detection, diagnosis, prevention of spreading, suppression and eradication of infectious African swine fever disease on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
