Abstract

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on plant health protection (Republic of Srpska), determines all necessary measures for the detection, prevention of spread and control of the harmful organism Clavibavetr michiganensis (Smith) Davis et al. spp. Sepedonicus (Spieckermann et Kotthoff) Davis et al., which is identified as the causative agent of ring rot of potato tubers. This text further sets the method of determining the boundaries of infected, endangered and pest-free areas, conditions for termination of imposed measures, as well as the manner of notification of undertaken measures and termination of the same.
