This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, and it will apply on 1 January 2010.
Abstract

This Regulation defines the necessary rules and fishing limitations and bans aimed to establish concrete fish stock conservation and protection measures in terms of prohibitions, classification of species under the protection measures, and recreational fishing limitations.
