Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and the Environment, which is composed of 23 articles and one Annex, lays down control rules and measures to control transmissible spongiform encephalopathies, pursuant to art. 6, 6a, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14 and Annexes III, IV, V, VII, VIII and X to Regulation (EC) No. 999/2001 laying down rules for the prevention, control and eradication of certain transmissible spongiform encephalopathies. The present Regulation provides measures to be taken in case of suspicion of infection and in case of outbreak of the disease.
