Abstract According to art. 304 of the Water Law entities using water services are required to submit the results of the measurements of the amount of collected groundwater and surface water as well as the quantity and quality of wastewater discharged into waters or into the ground, within the scope specified in the water permit. This Regulation of the Minister of Marine Economy and Inland Navigation, which is composed of four articles and two Annexes, lays down details on these measurements. The form of the reported results of measurements of the amount of collected groundwater and surface waters is specified in Annex 1. The form of the reported results of measurements of the quantity and quality of sewage discharged into water or soil is specified in Annex 2.
