This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the manner, procedure, frequency and methodology of measuring emissions of pollutants from stationary pollution sources, criteria for establishing measuring points for measurement of related emissions, the procedure for evaluating the results of emission measurements and compliance with prescribed standards, the content of reports on emission measurements and methods of measurement of emissions of pollutants, the criteria for the selection of measuring points, the method of processing the measurement results from the combustion plant and the manner and deadlines for submitting data on the performed emission measurement from the combustion plant. The provisions of this Regulation shall apply to combustion plants located on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, which are regulated and defined by the legislation governing the limit values of emissions of pollutants into the air from combustion plants and other stationary sources of pollution. The manner and deadlines for submitting data on the performed emission measurement from the combustion plant are in laid down in articles 34–37 of this text.
