The Regulation entered into force on the day of publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

The present Regulation of the Minister of Health, which is composed of seven paragraphs and four Annexes, establishes particular rules concerning the maximum admitted level of contamination during all phases of food production, especially in case of foodstuffs of special feeding use. Methods of taking samples for official control and preparing of samples are specified in the Annexes, which are grouped by type of contamination.
