Abstract

This Regulation establishes maximum allowable concentration limits of pollutants in the atmospheric air in the area of growing of forest forming species. It shall be compulsory for the authorized state environmental institutions and legal persons that have impact on the atmospheric air quality. The purpose of this Regulation shall be to prevent damage and destruction of forest forming species growing in the area of impact thereon by economic and other activities. The observance of this Regulation shall ensure air quality safeguarding resistance of forest forming species to damaging factors.
