This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation determines the necessary food safety technical requirements, provisions and conditions to be respected as regards the use of materials and objects made of film (here described as a thin layer of material obtained from refined pulp cellulose obtained from non-recycled wood or cotton) of regenerated cellulose, that come into direct contact with food and foodstuff.
