Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of three paragraphs, concerns packaging of foodstuffs. Food products shall be marked with the identification code of batch production on the packaging, on the label or in the transportation or other accompanying documentation. In case of single portions of ice-creams, the identification code is placed only on the marking of collective packaging. The Regulation specifies types of agricultural products and foodstuffs for which the marking with identification code of batch production is not required.
