Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on 31 March 2013, except for the provisions contained in article 4 paragraph 3, article 5 paragraph 4, article 10 paragraphs 3, 4, and 5 and article 11 of this Regulation which shall enter into force on the day of Croatian accession to the European Union.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes all necessary rules for the production and marketing of eggs (hatching and offspring) of domestic poultry, how to register the objects and facilities, marking of hatching eggs and their packaging, labelling and shipments of poultry and keeping of the proper records.
