This Regulation entered into force on 21 November 2009.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of eight articles and two Annexes, lays down provisions governing the system of reporting on prices of poultry meat and eggs. These provisions apply to slaughterhouses that kill more than 150,000 poultry a year and packaging centers with a capacity of more than 5,000,000 eggs a year. Annex 1 specifies the form of report on quantities and prices of poultry meat, and Annex 2 specifies the form of report on quantities and prices of eggs.
