Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of five articles and two Annexes, lays down provisions governing the representative market of pork and reporting on the prices of pig carcasses. For the purposes of these provisions representative market means slaughterhouses where an average of 200 pigs are slaughtered every week and which are classified as the category of fattening pigs. The Inspectorate for Agriculture, Forestry and Food checks the accuracy of data and reported prices at least once a year. The Annexes specify the forms of weekly and monthly reports on these prices.
