This Regulation entered into force on 18 April 2009.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of five articles and one Annex, lays down provisions governing the representative market of beef, deadlines and manner of reporting on prices, weight and number of bovine carcasses. For the purposes of these provisions representative market means slaughterhouses processing more than 4000 cattle a year, and natural or legal persons who devoted to slaughter more than 1500 cattle in the past year. The Inspectorate for Agriculture, Forestry and Food checks the accuracy of data and reported prices at least once a year. The Annex specifies the form of report on prices, weight and number of bovine carcasses.
