The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

The Regulation, which is composed of five Paragraphs and three Annexes, lays down particular recommendations with regard to the limitation of exposure of the environment to electromagnetic fields. The Regulation specifies limitation of electromagnetic fields basic levels for housing estate and places accessible by humans (detailed specification in Annex 1); methods of assessing these levels (detailed specification in Annex 2); methods of laying down different levels for different scopes of frequency (detailed specification in Annex 3).
