Abstract This Regulation prescribes: 1) limit values for the emission of pollutants into the air from stationary sources; 2) manner, procedure, frequency and methodology of measuring pollutant emissions; 3) criteria for establishing emission measurement points; 4) the procedure for evaluating the results of emission measurements and compliance with the prescribed terms; 5) content of the report on performed emission measurements and emission balance; 6) the manner of submitting data on emissions for the needs of the information system and data submission deadlines; 7) permitted exceedances of emission limit values for pollutants for certain period; 8) necessary actions in fulfilling the obligations arising from established rules.
