Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on the environmental protection (Republika Srpska), determines the limit and remediation values of polluting, harmful and dangerous substances in the soil. Exceeding the limit values of pollutants, harmful and dangerous substances in soil indicates a violation of the necessary level of soil quality that is safe for its use, and requires additional testing and restrictions in related management of such contaminated land/soil.
