Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of four paragraphs and one Annex, establishes: (1) levels of recycling and preparation for reuse of the following types of urban waste: paper, metal, plastics and glass; (2) levels of recycling and preparation for reuse of building and demolition waste other than hazardous. These levels are specified for individual years until 2020. This Regulation specifies also the way of calculating the levels.
