This Regulation entered into force on 3 July 2012.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of four paragraphs and two Annexes, establishes: (1) levels of mass reduction of biodegradable urban waste transferred to landfill, which should be reached in individual years until 2020 (specified in Annex 1); (2) the way of calculating levels of mass reduction of this waste (specified in Annex 2).
