Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of five paragraphs, lays down requirements for labelling of potato tubers other than seed potatoes which are imported from third countries (art. 1) or which are transported on the territory of the Republic of Poland or to other Member States or placed on the market of the territory of the Republic of Poland (art. 2). Such labelling is placed in a permanent and visible way on the packaging or, if potato tubers are introduced or moved in bulk, on the means of transport carrying them, and on the accompanying trade document.
