The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

The Regulation of the Minister of Environment is composed of two Paragraphs and one Annex. The Annex specifies the list of kinds, types and subtypes of nature reserves. The Annex contains the following tables: Types of nature reserves (Table I); Types and subtypes of nature reserves from the point of view of dominant subject of protection (Table IIA); Types and subtypes of nature reserves from the point of view of ecosystem type (Table IIB).
