This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Abstract

This Regulation prescribes all necessary requirements and official forms aimed to correctly define the processing and disposal of waste in terms of registration duties and administrative obligations on the territory of Montenegro (register of licenses), the register of waste collectors, transporters and register of traders and intermediaries that will be kept as official state records.
