This text entered into force eight days after its publication the Official Gazette (published on 21 August 2017).
Abstract

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on food (Republic of Srpska), prescribes the content and manner for keeping the Central Register of food establishments. Registration is mandatory for all facilities in which the following activities are performed: 1) production and processing of food of plant origin and mixed products; 2) storage and wholesale of food of plant origin and mixed products.
