Abstract

The present Regulation, adopted by the Swedish Food Agency, contains provisions on rules on jams, marmalades, citrus jam and sweetened chestnut puree. It does not apply to products intended for cakes or biscuits. A definition of the products covered by the Regulation can be found in Annex 1. The Regulation contains rules on food standards, food additives, information to consumers, packaging and labelling, etc.
