This Regulation enters into force on 13 December 2012.
Abstract

This Regulation sets forth the principles and procedures of issuing health certificates for food of plant origin, materials and articles in contact with foodstuffs and feed of plant origin, to ensure food safety. The Regulation also sets out the procedures to be followed concerning the export products returning to the country.
