This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation determines who (physical person, legal entity) is effectively suitable for requesting the IPARD incentives for development investments in physical property related (engaged) to the processing and marketing of agricultural products and fishery products State territory, that is already part of the IPARD Programme for the Republic of Serbia for the period 2014-2020.
