Abstract This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Statute of the environmental protection fund of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, sets the criteria, procedures and manner regarding international projects under contracts and agreements (financial and co-financing, partnership) with international partners, all in relation with strategic European Union goals (article 3). An international project or programme is a set of coordinated activities aimed at achieving designated goals in the field of environmental protection, as well as other areas of the Fund's activities. The implementation is financed/co-financed by European Union and by other international sources and support through other selected forms of cooperation. International partners are entities with which the Fund realizes direct or indirect cooperation on international projects (listed in article 2, point b).
