The Regulation enters into force 14 days after its publication in the Journal of Laws.

Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of nine paragraphs, establishes that veterinary inspection organs shall: verify data contained in registers; check regularity of animals marking and passports; pass control protocols to the Agency or entities keeping registers of horses. Data contained in the registers of horses can be accessed by: electronic means of information and passing the copy of data to the Main Veterinarian.
