Abstract

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on fertilizers, prescribes general terms as regards the inorganic fertilizers, including detailed issues and rules related to their classification (also classification and recognition of new types of fertilizers), handling, packaging, labelling, certification (proper indication or marking as in relation to particular macro and microbiological composition), inspection, sampling and analysis. This text further provides for detailed criteria and indications on minimal and maximum quantities of nutritional elements present in such fertilizers.
