Abstract This Regulation of the Council of Ministers, which is composed of nine Paragraphs, establishes: groups of people to which information shall be passed in advance; entities competent to prepare and pass the information; scope of information and method and frequency of passing this information; types of activities which may expose the public to ionizing radiation doses exceeding the limit doses. Such types of activities are: exploitation and liquidation of nuclear objects; exploitation, closure and liquidation of radioactive wastes storage yards; storage of nuclear fuel and radioactive wastes; production, use, storage of radioactive substances for purposes of agriculture, industry, health care and research; transport of nuclear fuel and radioactive wastes; transport of radioactive substances for purposes of agriculture, industry, health care and research; use of radioactive substances to produce energy for a spacecraft.
