Abstract The present Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure, which is composed of four paragraphs, establishes the scope of information included in the declaration concerning hazardous or polluting cargoes, submitted by the loader to the captain of the vessel. The declaration shall include: technical name of the product; UN identification number of the product, if existing; harmfulness class; vessel class; quantity of products; address of the unit which can provide more detailed information on the products.
