Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of five paragraphs and seven Annexes, lays down the scope, deadline of submitting and the form of information which are used for preparation of the national allocation plan for emission allowances. An operator of installation included in the emission trading scheme, passes to the National Centre for Emission Management the following information: (1) installation identification; (2) volume of production and emission of carbon dioxide and activities taken to reduces emission of carbon dioxide and energy introduced in the biomass; (3) types and volume of spent fuel; (4) description of combustion processes; (5) description of technological processes; (6) reduction of carbon dioxide as a result of joint implementation projects; (7) planned or new fuel combustion installations; (8) planned or new installation other than fuel combustion installations.
