This Regulation entered into force on 30 October 2010.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of four paragraphs, lays down information which is placed on the seal used for the means of transport or container when exporting products of animal origin from Polish territory to third countries. This information includes the code of province where the product was loaded, the code of district and distinctive seal number. This Regulation also establishes what seal should be used if the original seal is broken during customs control.
