Abstract

The present Regulation, adopted by the Swedish Food Agency, lays down rules provisions on the composition and labeling of infant formulas and supplemental nutrition formulas intended for use by healthy infants. These provisions complement Regulation (EU) No609/2013. Only the products that meet the requirement of Annex 1 and 2 may be released into the market. The Regulation sets detailed rules on composition; labelling, including of breast milk substitute and supplementary nutritional food; notification oblation, etc.
