Abstract The text of the Decree is divided into 4 parts: general (I); Discharge of Waste to Public water (II); Industrial Waste treatment systems (III); Power and Authority of the Industrial Sector (IV). The objective of this Regulation is to control hazards arising from the discharge of industrial waste water and solid waste that may effect water quality, the health of citizens and the living environment (art. I). Article 3 prohibits the discharge of specified liquid and solid substances and gasses. Article 4 specifies effluent and other standards. Owners of polluting activities shall provide a waste treatment system that shall meet the standard specified in this Regulation (arts 7-12). The last part concerns inspection, measurement, analysis, etc. of waste water and notification of suspension of discharge. Full text English
