This Regulation enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation sets out the types of incentives aimed at promoting rural economic or countryside activities through the direct support for non-agricultural activities, that are located in rural areas or in rural contest. This text also stipulates the related conditions, manner and form of the application for exercising the right to obtain such state incentives, as well as the maximum amount of single incentive per user.
