Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Health, which is composed of 46 Paragraphs, establishes: detailed requirements for enterprises and their equipment; sanitary and hygienic conditions on food production and turnover; permitted additional substances or other food components. The Regulation concerns in particular requirements on easily going bad, loose and unboxed foodstuffs, and materials which may come into contact with food: technical condition of buildings and installations; quality of drinking water and ice used for food production; storage of food wastes; equipment of an enterprise; personnel.
