Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down animal and public health rules applying to the collection, transport, storage, handling, processing and use or disposal of animal by-products, and placing on the market, export and transit of animal by-products and derived products. This Regulation is composed of 25 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Approval, registration and recording (Sec. 2); Permit (Sec. 3); Control (Sec. 4); Penalty provisions (Sec. 5).
