The structure of the guild system consists of city guild systems, province guilds systems, a general committee, a central council, an inspector, a head of guild systems and a judicial committee. Employees of the Veterinary System and members of the Agricultural Engineering System are exempted from provisions of the present Regulation. The Agriculture Ministry shall monitor the implementation of this Regulation.
