Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of five articles and one Annex, establishes the description and forms of graphic signs which are used for labeling as free of genetically modified organisms of: (1) food of plant origin and food consisting of more than one ingredient which does not include a product of animal origin, and animal feed; 2) products of animal origin and food consisting of more than one ingredient which includes a product of animal origin.
