This Regulation originally entered into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation sets the rules concerning the general issues on food labelling, here intended for non-prepacked foods (food which is placed on the market in a non-prepacked form, a food which is packaged at the point of sale at the consumer's request or food which is ad hoc packaged for direct sale).
