Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of three paragraphs, lays down general derogations from conditions of organic production concerning keeping cattle. It is allowed to keep cattle tethered in farms if there are met requirements specified in art. 22 point 2a of Council Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Regulation (EEC) No. 2092/91, and art. 39 of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 889/2008 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007 on organic production and labelling of organic products with regard to organic production, labelling and control.
