The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of three articles, permits general departures from hygiene requirements laid down in the Regulation No. 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the hygiene of foodstuffs in enterprises producing traditional food of animal origin, if granting these departures allows the enterprises applying traditional methods of production of food of animal origin. Departures specified in the Regulation must not badly affect the safety of the produced traditional food, and in particular must not contaminate the food.
