Abstract This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on food of the Republic of Srpska, prescribes all necessary quality conditions, production issues, possible product names, physical, chemical and sensory properties, product composition, placing on the market and related declaration rules, all as regards fruit juices and certain similar products if intended for human consumption. Fruit juice is a product that has not fermented, but can ferment, and is obtained from edible parts of fruit, which is healthy, ripe, fresh or preserved by refrigeration or by freezing one or more species mixed together. The color, aroma and taste of fruit juice should be characteristic of the type of fruit from which the fruit juice was produced.
