Abstract

The present Regulation, issued by the Swedish Food Agency, lays down rules on frozen foodstuffs. It does not apply to ice cream and ice cream products. As a general rule, preparation and freezing shall take place quickly and with appropriate technology equipment so that chemical, biological and microbiological changes are limited. Moreover, the temperature in frozen foods must always be -18 ° C or lower in all parts of the product. Further rules on packaging labelling, and temperature are also included.
