Abstract This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on waste management (Republika Srpska), prescribes the forms of reports on management of special categories of waste. Forms of reports on the management of special categories of waste shall include the following reports: 1) report of the person liable to pay the battery fees; 2) report of the person liable to pay the fee for motor vehicle tires; 3) report of the person liable to pay the mineral and synthetic oils and lubricants; 4) report of the person liable to pay the fee for motor vehicles, except for historical and collector vehicles and motor vehicles of diplomatic, consular and international representative offices; 5) report of the person liable to pay the electricity fee and electronic products and equipment; 6) report of the person liable to pay the plastic fee for carrying bags other than biodegradable carrying bags. Special category management reports for waste shall be submitted to the Environmental protection and energy efficiency fund of Republika Srpska by related waste payers of fees for special categories.
