Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of two paragraphs and nine Annexes, establishes forms of questionnaires of the declaration of: (1) amount of wine marketed in the given year; (2) estimated amount of wine to be produced in the given year; (3) amount of the production of wine and grape must; (4) estimated amount of grape or grape musts planned to be bought in the given year; (5) collection of grape and their purpose; (6) stocks of wine and grape must; (7) amount of by-products generated during production of wine or grape must; (8) amount of aromatized wine and aromatized wine-based beverages; (9) amount of wine and grape must supplied to entrepreneurs producing wine in the give year.
