This Regulation entered into force on 1 January 2017.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of four paragraphs and two Annexes, establishes the form of certificate on spent equipment. The certificate on spent equipment transmitted in electronic form contains a qualified electronic signature. Annex 1 specifies the form of certificate on spent equipment.
